Serving Together

P70 Meet and Greet Party. September 15
Bridges International P70 is a ministry at CSU Fullerton that provides opportunities for believers to reach international students with the love of Jesus. Each host/local family will be paired with two international students at CSUF from the same country or region. During the school term, participants will be involved in the following:

  • Meet and Greet Party (September 15, 3:00–4:30pm at CBC)
  • Invite students to a home-cooked meal
  • Take them on one field trip or local outing
  • Invite them to church at least one Sunday
  • Send off the students at the end with a gift and resource kit (Gospel tract, book, other resources)

If you are interested in being a host, please sign up HERE by September 13; this response goes to both to CBC and Bridges International, and the hosts will be paired with the students as the students continue to sign up in the coming week. Questions? Contact Joon Yim.

A Few Minutes with a Puritan Podcast
A note from Pastor Joshua: “I know sometimes reading books from a few hundred years ago can be difficult. But I personally have been so encouraged by the way these authors help us meditate on the Scripture and the Christian life, put Jesus and His glory on display, and help us live as citizens of heaven here on earth. So I am slowly reading through some really helpful old books on the Christian life and making comments and applications which I think could be beneficial to others in the church.” Click HERE to listen to the podcast!
